GZR data on undeclared work 2018 — Fine decisions pursuant to § 8 (1) No. 1d SchwarzArbG — Legal entities — Business sectors

With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2018”, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the sub-registries on natural persons as well as legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons who were entered in the commercial central register in the evaluation year pursuant to Section 8(1) No. 1d Undeclared Labour Fighting Act (SchwarzArbG). The registrations are differentiated by industry.本数据集以「2018年未申报用工领域GZR数据」为总览，由联邦司法局（Federal Office of Justice）发布，内容为针对商业中央登记簿（commercial central register，简称GZR）下属自然人、法人及法人团体分登记簿中记录的未申报用工领域行政违法罚款的评估成果。本数据集收录了评估年度内，依据《打击未申报用工法》（Undeclared Labour Fighting Act, SchwarzArbG）第8条第1款第1d项被纳入商业中央登记簿的法人所收到的全部罚款决定，并按行业对登记条目进行了分类细化。
