This dataset was generated at the Manufacturing Technology Institute - MTI of RWTH Aachen University. The data originates from a fine-blanking machine, with each operation, or stroke, represented by a time series of the applied punch force measured by piezoelectric sensors integrated into the tool. The data was collected during an experiment consisting of 33,960 strokes to observe changes in force signals as tool components experienced wear. The material used was 4 mm thick case-hardening steel 16MnCr5, processed at a rate of 120 strokes per minute.
本数据集由亚琛工业大学(RWTH Aachen University)制造技术研究所(Manufacturing Technology Institute,MTI)构建生成。数据采集自一台精冲(fine-blanking)机床,每一次操作(或称行程)均由集成于模具的压电(piezoelectric)传感器采集的冲压力时间序列数据表征。本次实验共完成33960次行程的数据采集,用于观测模具组件磨损过程中的力信号变化。实验所用材料为厚度4mm的渗碳合金钢16MnCr5,加工速率设定为每分钟120次行程。
