Aa an important component of mediator complex, CDK19 involved in various biological transcription processes .Interestingly, our results demonstrated that CDK19 participate in cell cycle regulation of HSCs. We used microarrays to expolre differential gene expression between WT and CDK19-/- HSCs. Detection of CDK19-/- mouse hematopoietic phenotype by flow cytometry first,further verificate molecular mechanism by IP and CHIP-qPCR after analyze the bioinformatic results.
