MIRP: A Python package for standardised radiomics

MIRP is a python package for quantitative analysis of medical images. It focuses on processing images for integration with radiomics workflows. These workflows either use quantitative features computed using MIRP, or directly use MIRP to process images as input for neural networks and other deep learning models.MIRP是一款用于医学图像定量分析的Python库。其核心方向为适配放射组学工作流的图像处理任务。此类工作流既可依托MIRP计算得到的定量特征开展相关分析，也可直接通过MIRP对图像进行处理，将其作为神经网络及其他深度学习模型的输入数据。
