小分子代谢物定性、定量方面临床测试数据集

该数据集包括了样品信息和小分子代谢物定性、定量检测方面的比较报告。比较了项目自研仪器高灵敏度高分辨串级质谱仪与进口商品化仪器Q Exactive：1）小分子纯品定性检测；2）小分子纯品定量检测；3）健康血浆与肿瘤血浆小分子代谢定性检测；4）健康血浆与肿瘤血浆小分子代谢定量检测；5）新生儿足跟血血斑中苯丙氨酸定量检测。获得了两种质谱仪定性和定量检测小分子代谢物的比较报告。

This dataset includes sample information and comparative reports on qualitative and quantitative detection of small molecule metabolites. A comparative analysis was conducted between the high-sensitivity high-resolution tandem mass spectrometer independently developed by the project and the commercial imported instrument Q Exactive across the following five aspects:
1) Qualitative detection of small molecule pure standards
2) Quantitative detection of small molecule pure standards
3) Qualitative detection of small molecule metabolites in healthy and tumor plasma
4) Quantitative detection of small molecule metabolites in healthy and tumor plasma
5) Quantitative detection of phenylalanine in neonatal heel blood spots
Comparative reports on the qualitative and quantitative detection of small molecule metabolites using the two mass spectrometers were finally obtained.
