为保证甜椒安全性,需要对甜椒农药残留啶虫脒含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,甜椒中啶虫脒最高限量值为1mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域甜椒含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中啶虫脒含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目啶虫脒的含量数据。3将以上检测数据对比国标GB 20769-2008 《水果和蔬菜中 450 种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

This dataset is primarily used to monitor the acetamiprid content indicators of sweet peppers in the circulation market of Zhuji City, providing regulatory support for local supervision departments. 1. Data Collection: The dataset is sourced from sampled inspection specimens collected from markets in Zhuji City. 2. Detection Value Calculation: The detection values of the sampled products from Zhuji's market are calculated using the following formula: X = (C × V × f × k) / (m × 1000). Where: X represents the content of the target component in the test sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); C represents the acetamiprid content in the sample test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V represents the constant volume of the sample test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m represents the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g); f is the dilution factor; k is a fixed value of 1. The content data of the test item acetamiprid can be derived through this formula. 3. Data Qualification Assessment: Compare the aforementioned detection data with the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 20769-2008 *Determination of 450 Pesticides and Related Chemical Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry*. Samples with detection values within the specified limit are considered qualified, while those exceeding the limit are classified as unqualified.
