In anticipation of Ramadan in 2021, 44 percent of respondents from UAE will travel a lot less due to the impact of COVID-19. Traditionally, travel during Ramadan and for the Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations are increased in the region. Especially amongst the expatriates working in in the UAE, who wish to return to their home countries to celebrate with their families abroad. This year, Ramadan is expected to start by April 13th and end on May 12th with the three day festival of Eid-ul-Fitr.
