Imaging mass cytometry analysis of oesophageal adenocarcinoma during neoadjuvant treatment

Image mass cytometry dataset accompanying the manuscript "Evolutionary and immune microenvironment dynamics during neoadjuvant treatment of oesophageal adenocarcinoma" by Barroux et al.

The Metadata.xls file includes the metadata, the raw image data is saved as mcd-file, the segmented cellular expression data is available as csv files. Set 1 includes data from the exploratory set. Set 2 includes multi-region data from resection specimens generated during the revisison process to account for tumour heterogeneity.
