Spores were designated as types a (his4 arg4), b (HIS4 ARG4), c (his4 ARG4) or d (HIS4 arg4). All four types of spore were recovered from tetrads; Trios 10, 22 and 19 lack a spore of type a, and Trios 31, 34 and 12 lack a spore of type d. Chromosome coordinates are from the CBS7435 reference genome assembly of Sturmberger et al. [20], NCBI accession numbers LT962476.1 to LT962479.1.
