MICROBIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FUNGAL PATHOGENS AND ANTIFUNGAL SUSCEPTIBILITY IN PATIENTS WITH OTOMYCOSIS

The microbiological characteristics of fungal pathogens causing otomycosis were investigated. Species composition, prevalence of Candida and Aspergillus isolates, and their susceptibility to antifungal agents were analyzed. The relationship between microbial profiles, clinical manifestations, and recurrence rates was evaluated.
