Source Data for Figures 1–7: Effects of Rice Bran-Derived Extracellular Vesicle-Enriched Preparations on Human Dermal Fibroblasts
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the source data underlying Figures 1–7 of a study investigating the effects of rice bran-derived extracellular vesicle (RBDEV)-enriched preparations on wound-gap closure and extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling-related responses in human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). The dataset includes the following experimental measurements: Figure 1: Characterization of RBDEV-enriched preparations, including nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), particle concentration measurements, and TET8 protein detection. Figure 2: Cell metabolic activity assessed using the MTT assay. Figure 3: Wound-gap closure assessed using the scratch wound assay at 0, 12, and 24 h. Figure 4: Cell viability and cell death evaluated using Annexin V-FITC/propidium iodide (PI) flow cytometry. Figure 5: Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of TGF-β1, SMAD2, SMAD3, COL1A1, and MMP1 gene expression. Figure 6: Western blot analysis of TGF-β1, SMAD2, SMAD3, COL1A1, and MMP-1 protein expression. Figure 7: Immunofluorescence quantification of DAPI, ZO-1, and F-actin fluorescence intensities. The data are organized into figure-specific Excel worksheets containing experimental measurements, calculated values, summary statistics, and statistical comparison results, where applicable. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD), with three independent experiments (n = 3), except where technical measurements are explicitly indicated. Statistical comparisons were performed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Dunnett's multiple comparisons test, with the non-treated (NT) group as the reference, as specified in the corresponding worksheets.
