To examine the direct and indirect effects of workplace bullying on turnover intention using the serial multiple mediators of psychological empowerment and job burnout. A convenience sample of 450 novice nurses from 5 Triple A hospitals in the S province of China were evaluated using self-reported questionnaires of the Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised, the Psychological Empowerment Instrument, the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory, and the Turnover Intention Scale. The data analyses were performed using the SPSS software version 26.0 (SPSS Inc.) and the PROCESS macro. All the data sets were examined to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to any statistical analyses.
本研究以心理授权(psychological empowerment)与职业倦怠(job burnout)为序列多重中介变量,探讨工作场所霸凌(workplace bullying)对离职意向(turnover intention)的直接与间接影响。本研究采用方便抽样法,选取中国S省5家三级甲等医院的450名新入职护士作为研究对象,采用《修订版负面行为问卷(Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised)》《心理授权量表(Psychological Empowerment Instrument)》《中文版马氏职业倦怠量表(Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory)》及《离职意向量表(Turnover Intention Scale)》四份自陈式问卷开展评估与数据收集。数据分析采用SPSS 26.0软件(SPSS公司)与PROCESS宏程序完成。所有数据集在开展统计分析前均经过核查,以确保数据的准确性与完整性。
