Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Specific requirements of the PLU (doc. of 18.12.2008) of the municipality of Saint-Hilaire-de-Court

The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code. A prescription is in the form of surface, linear or point information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the regulation of the area.
