Targeting of lncRNA Morrbid inhibits abdominal aortic aneurysm by regulating macrophage-mediated vascular inflammation.

To investigate the possible target gene of morrbid, we detected the mRNA expression in bone marrow derived macrophages(BMDMs) with deletion of Morrbid by RNA-seq. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data of BMDMs originating from myeloid-specific Morrbid knockout mice and control mice.
