A total of fifty six SPF grade male ICR mice six to eight weeks old twenty to twenty two grams were randomly divided into seven groups Normal: Healthy mice without treatment Model: Acne model mice treated with sterile PBS PCCO High: Acne model mice treated with low concentration medium concentration and high concentration PCCO respectively All tissues were harvested under sterile conditions at twenty four hours after the last treatment immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at minus eighty degrees Celsius until RNA extraction for transcriptomic analysis
