Dataset for: Nitrogen-Vacancy Centers in Epitaxial Laterally Overgrown Diamond: Towards Up-scaling of Color Center-based Quantum Technologies

This dataset supplies the raw and processed data for our manuscript "Nitrogen-Vacancy Centers in Epitaxial Laterally Overgrown Diamond: Towards Up-scaling of Color Center-based Quantum Technologies". 

It is divided into 4 subfolder:

ODMR holds the single NV ODMR datasets that we used to investigate the sample strain.

Profile presents data on the as grown surface of our sample. 

Scan images give additional data on the scans we used to identify single NV centers. 

Coherence holds the data and fits of the Ramsey and Spin-Echo measurements presented in the manuscript
