To demonstrate that TeABE also functions in a non-human primate model, we performed next-generation sequencing on <i>Macaca mulatta</i> to examine base editing at the CHD3 bystander site and the most likely off-target site, OT1, in both virus-injected and uninjected samples. The results revealed a significant increase in base editing efficiency at both the on-target locus and OT1 following viral injection.
