本发明公开了一种氨基化合物包合法分离不饱和脂肪酸的方法,包括原料预处理、混合脂肪酸分离等内容,具体包括利用油脂原料,将上述油脂进行水解制得混合脂肪酸,在有机溶剂条件下利用三聚氰胺包合分离不饱和脂肪酸,所得到的不饱和脂肪酸得率为43.85%~70.00%,纯度为85.00%~94.50%,包合效率为60.00%~94.08%,与传统尿素包合法只分离多不饱和脂肪酸相比,本发明方法可分离出单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸,其中单不饱和脂肪酸的包合效率为53.54%~90.01%,多不饱和脂肪酸的包合效率为55.91%~98.97% 。本发明可将饱和脂肪酸与不饱和脂肪酸高效地分离,体系与包合物易于分离,后期处理简单,且原料来源广泛,工艺简单,便于工业化实施。
This invention discloses a method for separating unsaturated fatty acids via amino compound inclusion complexation. The method comprises steps including raw material pretreatment and mixed fatty acid separation, and specifically includes: using oil and fat raw materials, hydrolyzing the aforementioned oils and fats to prepare mixed fatty acids, and then conducting inclusion separation of unsaturated fatty acids with melamine under organic solvent conditions. The obtained unsaturated fatty acids have a yield of 43.85%–70.00%, a purity of 85.00%–94.50%, and an inclusion efficiency of 60.00%–94.08%. Compared with the traditional urea inclusion method that only separates polyunsaturated fatty acids, the method of this invention can separate both monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, with the inclusion efficiency of monounsaturated fatty acids ranging from 53.54% to 90.01% and that of polyunsaturated fatty acids ranging from 55.91% to 98.97%. This invention can efficiently separate saturated fatty acids from unsaturated fatty acids, with the reaction system and inclusion complexes being easily separable, featuring simple post-treatment, widely available raw materials, a straightforward process, and being suitable for industrial implementation.
