PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding plate capable of reassuring enough cutout depth of a rotary cutter even if mounted on a lower surface of a base of a portable electric processor and the portable electric processor mounted with this sliding plate. SOLUTION: In a sliding plate 70 removable on a lower surface 2b of a base 302 of a portable electric processor， a wall part 73 extending upwardly toward a position opposite of an outline 2d of the base 302 is provided. In this sliding plate 70 a fastening member 366 for fastening the outline 2d of the base 302 and the wall part 73 between the outline 2d of the base 302 and the wall part 73 is provided. A small screw is fastened into a screw hole 361 arranged at the outline 2d of the base 302 as a fastening member 366 and in the area of a thickness of the base 302 the wall part 73 is fastened to the outline 2d of the base 302.
