Connectivity files for using QuickView to visualize CAM-SE simulation output

This archive contains connectivity files that can be used in the QuickView family of tools to visualize simulation output on cubed-sphere meshes from CAM, the atmosphere component of the Community Earth System Model. The pg3 "physics grid" files were generated using TempestRemap (Ullrich and Taylor, 2015; Ullrich et al., 2016). The np4 GLL grid files were generated using the homme_tool released as part of the E3SM source code. The creation of these connectivity files was supported by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science, Advanced Scientific Computing Research (ASCR) and Biological and Environmental Research (BER) via the Scientific Discovery through Advanced Computing (SciDAC) program.
