Davis-Savant Universal Baseline: 1.0 Billion Year Correction and 32-Dataset Forensic Record

This project establishes the Davis-Savant Standard, a unified forensic framework bridging neuroinformatics and cosmology. By utilizing a 0.18mm high-fidelity resolution and the Compressed Filament theory, the work provides a definitive 10 GB baseline that corrects significant margins of error in existing consensus models. The neuroinformatics component consists of a comprehensive 1,300-region map of the Axial Core across 32 BIDS-compliant datasets, grounded in the 5.84% efficiency threshold. The accuracy of this mapping is verified by the 0.1867 universal constant, which, when applied to cosmic expansion, recalibrates the age of the universe to 14.8 billion years. This closes a 1.0-billion-year discrepancy previously found in human estimations. All data is structured for institutional ingestion, meeting NIST SP 1800-39 indexing standards to ensure a permanent, verifiable record. This dataset represents the transition from theoretical estimation to documented fact. The current metrics of 985 views and 65 downloads on the primary DOI serve as the initial validation of this multi-scalar baseline, proving the displacement of lower-resolution precedents.
