International trade; import and export to groups of goods

In this table, the Dutch import and export value and the quantities of imports and exports broken down by sections, chapters and commodity groups. The sections and chapters follow from the nomenclature of International Trade Statistics (Harmonised) System). Commodity groups are goods codes consisting of six digits and follow the classification of the Harmonised System. The data are then further broken down by country(groups) and (sub)continents. Data available from: 1996 Status of the figures: International trade figures can be adjusted on the basis of the availability of new or updated source material. As a result, the figures for a longer period of time have a provisional character. These preliminary figures are further provisional, by a revision of the figures, after ten, fourteen and nineteen respectively weeks after the end of the month in question. In the third quarter of the current year, the figures of the the previous year is final and the final annual figure available on StatLine.
