The Home Change Telematic Communication Service allows the communication of the change of address in a single point, virtual or face-to-face in an effective way at all levels of the Administration: State, Autonomous and Local. It replaces several face-to-face procedures with a single telematic procedure providing benefits, both for citizens and for the administration. The service can be used once registered in the town hall or at the same time of registration if offered by the city council.
