Average grade score, secondary school pupils with a degree, municipal schools, deviation from model calculated value

Refers only to the situational perspective of municipal schools’ results. Before 2022, both graduated students and those with a study certificate of 2500 credits, 2022 and beyond included only those students with a degree. Municipal schools also include schools run by municipal associations. The task is based on a regression model developed by Statistics Sweden and SKR to take into account the different socio-economic conditions of different municipalities. The explanatory variables include the level of education of the parents, the parents’ income, gender and the need for financial assistance. Municipalities whose assignments are based on fewer than 30 students have been subject to confidentiality.
