This project performed genotyping by sequencing (GBS) on a panel of Carya illinoinensis samples representing the major cultivars of pecan and a small number of crop wild relatives. The enzyme PstI was used to digest genomic DNA of 100 Carya illinoinensis, 5 Crop Wild Relative, and 3 interspecific cross samples.
