All-Sky Radiances - MSG - 0 degree

The All-Sky Radiances (ASR) product contains information on mean brightness temperatures from all thermal (e.g. infrared and water vapour) channels. It includes both clear and cloudy sky brightness temperatures. Applications and Users: Numerical weather prediction全天空辐射（All-Sky Radiances, ASR）产品包含所有热通道（例如红外与水汽通道）的平均亮温信息，涵盖晴空与云天场景下的亮温数据。应用与用户：数值天气预报。
