Data and code for: Is Computer Users' Personality Predictable from Keyboard and Mouse Interaction Data?
收藏资源简介:
This deposit contains the anonymized interaction logs, derived feature datasets, personality scores, and analysis code for two studies examining whether keyboard/mouse interaction behavior predicts Big Five personality traits: a field study (Study 1, N=20 analyzed) and a controlled lab study (Study 2, N=15). Both studies used the same eight interaction features and the IPIP-NEO short-form Big Five instrument. Before deposit, every window/application-title value in the raw logs was replaced with an anonymized sequential token (Win_001, Win_002, ...) to remove personally identifying content while exactly preserving the window-switch pattern the manuscript's "Windows Switched" feature depends on. No other field was altered. See README.md and DATA_DICTIONARY.md (included in this deposit) for full folder structure, column definitions, and instructions for reproducing the manuscript's tables and figures. Accompanies the manuscript "Is Computer Users' Personality Predictable from Keyboard and Mouse Interaction Data?" submitted to PeerJ Computer Science (submission #134439).
