此数据集基于覆盖全国的国控环境监测点位持续采集并上传的六项常规空气污染物,即PM2.5, PM10, CO, O3_8h, SO2, NO2的小时、日浓度数值,结合最新空气质量标准(GB 3095-2012)作为污染物超标判定依据,经过计算得出日均值超标率数值,对于环境监测站而言,可用于监控具体点位的运行状况和数据质量,识别异常排放;对于地方环保执法人员而言,可为现场执法和污染源溯源提供最直接的证据和支持;对于监测点位周边社区与公众而言,可了解自身所处微环境的精确空气质量状况。最终实现以下功能:1、找出全国或区域内污染最严重的具体点位,实现问题精准定位;2、评估监测点位的代表性和布局合理性;3、结合气象数据,辅助判断特定污染事件的来源和影响范围。

This dataset is developed based on hourly and daily concentration data of six conventional air pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, CO, O3_8h, SO2, NO2) continuously collected and uploaded by national-controlled environmental monitoring stations across the country. Using the latest air quality standard (GB 3095-2012) as the criterion for determining pollutant concentration exceeding limits, it is used to calculate the daily average exceeding rates. For environmental monitoring stations, this dataset can be used to monitor the operational status and data quality of specific sites, and identify abnormal emissions. For local environmental law enforcement personnel, it provides direct evidence and support for on-site law enforcement and pollution source tracing. For surrounding communities and the public near the monitoring sites, it allows them to learn about the accurate air quality status of their local micro-environment. Ultimately, the dataset achieves the following functions: 1. Identify the most severely polluted specific sites nationwide or in a targeted region, enabling precise problem localization; 2. Evaluate the representativeness and layout rationality of monitoring sites; 3. Combined with meteorological data, assist in judging the source and impact scope of specific pollution events.
