Therapeutic efficacy of INX-315, a selective CDK2 inhibitor, in solid tumors [MCF7 ATACseq]

We performed the Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin with Sequencing (ATAC-Seq) on (i) parental MCF7 cells treated with control vehicle or abemaciclib (ii) abemaciclib- and abemaciclib/fulvestrant-resistant cells treated with control vehicle or INX-315. Overall design: MCF7 parental cells were treated for 7 days with either DMSO control (DMSO), Abemaciclib (LY; 500nM), INX-315 (INX; 300nM) or both Abemaciclib and INX-315 (LYplusINX). All samples include in duplicate as reference on the name. LYR denotes Abemaciclib-resistant cells, LYFR denotes Abemaciclib/Fulvestrant-resistant cells.
