The Dynamics of New Quality Productive Forces and Corporate Performance: Evidence of a J-curve Effect and Supply Chain Synergies

The first Excel file "data" contains the unbalanced panel dataset of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2024 used in the paper, covering all core variables (New Quality Productive Forces index, Supply Chain Collaboration Efficiency index, corporate performance indicators, and control variables), descriptive statistics, and all the main regression outputs of baseline tests, mechanism analysis, and robustness checks estimated in the paper.
The second Excel file "data" provides the standardized long-format panel data consistent with the variable definition and model specification in the paper, which can be directly imported into mainstream econometric software such as Stata and R to replicate the full empirical analysis of the paper.
The Stata do file "do" includes the complete annotated executable code for all empirical analyses in the paper, covering data preprocessing, descriptive statistics, two-way fixed effects baseline regression, distributed lag model for J-curve test, mediation effect analysis, instrumental variable 2SLS regression for endogeneity treatment, and all robustness checks.
