This dataset includes the depth, modeled age, stable oxygen and carbon isotope data, and associated uncertainties for sediments from the Lake Manix core collected by the USGS in 2005. These data are being submitted for publication and will be under review. Stable isotope data was collected at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA.
