"Developmental exposure to a PFAS mixture impairs the anamnestic response to influenza A virus infection in mice": Sample code for FCS files.

This file contains the sample code for the samples collected on each day relative to primary infection (day 0, 9, 14, 70, 75, 77). Each day is on a separate tab. Each tab contains a table listing the sample number and the sample identifiers: dam ID, treatment, sex, and the number of MLN cells harvested from each animal. This information is necessary to analyze the accompanying flow cytometry data.
