If all campsites must be declared, in town hall or prefecture according to their size, in order to be able to operate, campsites with more than 6 tents or caravans or more than 20 campers must be classified by the prefect, under the conditions laid down by Decree No. 93-39 of 11 January 1993

露营地的申报与分类管理规定。为合法开展经营活动，所有露营地均需根据其运营规模，向市政厅（town hall）或省级行政当局（prefecture）完成申报；其中，帐篷数量超过6顶、旅居车（caravans）数量超过6辆，或露营房车（campers）数量超过20辆的露营地，须依照1993年1月11日第93-39号法令所规定的条件，由行政长官（prefect）完成分类认定。
