资源简介:
Our study intended to identify transposon mutants of Mycobacterium avium subsp. hominissuis which have strong growth defects in vitro. Identification of these gene disruptions may be useful for genetic studies of Mycobacterium avium (such as knowing which genes can't be knocked out, ie are essential) and for choosing bacterial protein targets in a drug discovery effort.
