Category A4 easements relate to easements of passage in bed or on the banks of non-domanial watercourses.These are crossing easements:- within the meaning of Articles L. 151-37-1 and R. 152-29 of the Rural Code, i.e. “allowing the execution of the works, the operation and maintenance of the works and the passage on the private property of officials and agents responsible for supervising, contractors or workers, as well as mechanical machinery strictly necessary for the carrying out of the operations”.- and established in the context of the management of water, domanial or not, for the purpose of carrying out any work or operation of the general nature, or for the purpose of carrying out the work referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
