This dataset contains all underlying source data, raw images, statistical reports, and analysis scripts used to generate the main and supplementary figures of Romand et al. (2025). Data include quantitative measurements of metabolites (pigments, nucleotides, antioxidants), numeric photosynthesis data, plant images, and immunoblot images. Source data for each figure are provided as separate ZIP archives containing panel-specific data, statistical output files, and the exact R script used for each analysis. The dataset ensures full transparency and reproducibility of all results presented in the manuscript.
