GenTree SPET genetic diversity statistics for five European conifer species

The dataset includes the genetic diversity statistics produced by the GenTree Horizon 2020 Project SPET (Single Primer Enrichment Technology) data (v5.2.2.1) of the five studied species (Abies alba - AA, Pinus cembra - PC, Pinus halepensis - PH, Pinus nigra - PN, and Taxus baccata - TB).
