"Personnel from the Coral Reef Ecosystem Division (CRED) of the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and their partner agencies conducted interdisciplinary Pacific Reef and Assessment Program (Pacific RAMP) surveys in waters surrounding Jarvis Island, Palmyra Atoll, and Kingman Reef.
