Unsichtbare Väter: Kindliche Entwicklung und Familiendynamik nach heterologer Insemination (DI) Invisible fathers: Child development and family dynamics after heterologues insemination (DI)

Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Langzeitverlauf der Therapie eines Mädchens über einen Zeitraum von sieben Jahren, das mittels heterologer Insemination gezeugt wurde und mit acht Jahren eine Zwangsstörung entwickelte. Anhand der Kasuistik werden für diese Konstellation spezifische Probleme der kindlichen Entwicklung, der innerfamiliären Kommunikation und der Familiendynamik aufgezeigt. Die Darstellung ergänzt die bisher vorliegenden statistischen Angaben über Familien, in die Kinder mittels DI (donor insemination) geboren wurden um eine Fallvignette, die ein Licht auf prinzipiell bedeutsame Aspekte der individuellen und familiären Entwicklung bei DI-Konstellationen wirft. Die Implikationen für die Einzel und Familientherapie werden unter den Gesichtspunkten Bindungs- und Identitätsentwicklung, Vaterrolle, Paardynamik und Inkognito des "unsichtbaren Vaters" diskutiert. This study presents the long term outcome of the psychotherapy of a girl over seven years, which was born after donor insemination (DI) and aged eight became ill with a compulsive disorder. Aspects of child development, communication within the family and familiy dynamics related to this specific constellation are pointed out. This case-study presents one of the very few supplements to statistic data elaborated about assited-reproduction-families. Implications for individual therapy and therapeutic management of the family are discussed according to development of bonding and identity of the DI-child, father´s role, dynamics of the couple and the incognito of the "unvisible father". unknown unknown
