PubMed Reanalysis Provenance for Context-Normalized Negative-Space Mapping of the Extracellular Vesicle Literature Across Cardiac Repair, Neurodegeneration, and Metastasis

This dataset is the machine-readable PubMed reanalysis provenance archive supporting the manuscript ‘Context-Normalized Negative-Space Mapping of the Extracellular Vesicle Literature Across Cardiac Repair, Neurodegeneration, and Metastasis.’ The archive contains 303 files: the locked query registry, complete PMID memberships, retained PubMed ESearch JSON artifacts, a SHA-256 manifest, authorship metadata used for the concentration analysis, the final title-and-abstract semantic-adjudication export, and validation scripts for 143 normalized reanalysis queries. The final E-utilities retrieval was performed on 23 July 2026 using the unchanged publication cutoff of 15 February 2026.
