Quality of service survey May 2023 - Requests for certificates Civil Status

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for detecting the satisfaction of users who use the online service for requesting extracts and full civil status documents, activated in December 2020 in compliance with the indications of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, Article 7(3) - amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Article 8(1)).

The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after applying for the certificate and allows them to express their satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request.

The results of the survey are published monthly on https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete.

本数据集包含针对在线申请户籍摘录及完整民事身份文件服务的用户满意度调研问卷的回复详情（*）。该服务于2020年12月上线，严格遵循《数字行政法典（Digital Administration Code）》（立法令第82/2005号第7条第3款，经第179/16号立法令第8条第1款修订）的相关规定。

用户完成证书申请后，可在线填写本问卷，对服务的可访问性、简洁性与实效性表达自身满意度。用户将在服务请求结束后，通过邮件接收的链接访问该问卷。
