This supplemental material includes additional analyses supporting the main findings of the study. Specifically, it contains:
(1) Baseline characteristics of patients treated with ixekizumab and secukinumab (Table S1);
(2) Restricted cubic spline analyses evaluating the association between body weight and treatment resistance at week 12 (Figure S1);
(3) Multivariable logistic regression analyses using body weight instead of body mass index (Table S2);
(4) Sensitivity analyses restricted to patients receiving secukinumab 300 mg (Figure S2).

These data further support the robustness of the observed association between body weight and treatment resistance to fixed-dose IL-17 inhibition.
