Research Data supporting "On the application of components manufactured with stereolithographic 3D printing in high vacuum systems"

Dataset supporting "On the application of components manufactured with stereolithographic 3D printing in high vacuum systems". Analysis on pump down curves can be reproduced using 'PumpingCurveProcessing.m' and loading in the 'workspace.mat' variable file. Analysis of mass spectra can be generated using 'MassSpectraAnalysis.mlx', the script will automatically process/analyse the 'Raw Data' folder and output the publication figures. Final accepted figures are also included in png, pdf and eps formats under the 'Paper Figures' folder.
