This layer gives the fractures through the top of A0238, as defined in the hydrogeological 3D model of the Flemish substrate – version 2.1. The hydrogeological 3D model was drawn up in the framework of the Flemish Government’s management agreement with VITO, known as VLAKO, on behalf of the Flemish Environmental Agency本图层呈现了弗拉芒基底水文地质三维模型（版本2.1）中定义的A0238顶部裂隙。该水文地质三维模型由弗拉芒政府代表弗拉芒环境署，依托与VITO签订的代号为VLAKO的管理协议框架编制完成。
