电梯故障原因分析数据

采集和统计本公司出厂电梯的故障情况，分析各地区电梯的故障种类和占比，结合各地区电梯故障情况数据，可以帮助企业了解各地区电梯故障多发的原因，调整维修配件的库存量，提高维修效率。电梯故障数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面：1、数据采集：以不同区域为区分标准，采集各地区电梯故障总数量、轿厢轿架部件故障数量、机房部件故障数量、轿层门部件故障数量、井道部件故障数量、电气部件及备品备件故障数量、对重部件故障数量；2、数据处理：通过各种类故障数量除以故障总数量，计算得该地区各故障类型占比和每月电梯各故障类型总占比，并通过Finereport软件将各小区/园区的故障类型占比制作成可视化的区域地图；3、通过各故障比例及可视化地图，可以准确了解不同区域内电梯的故障多发类型，根据不同故障类型分布，优化各驻点维修人员配置和预购配件的库存量，提高维修效率，降低运营成本。

This dataset collects and statistically analyzes the fault conditions of elevators manufactured by our company, and investigates the fault types and their respective proportions of elevators across different regions. By leveraging the fault data of elevators in various regions, enterprises can gain insights into the causes of frequent elevator malfunctions in different areas, adjust the inventory of maintenance spare parts, and enhance maintenance efficiency.

The algorithmic rules for the elevator fault data are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Taking different regions as the classification standard, collect the total number of elevator faults, as well as the number of faults in car and car frame components, machine room components, car and landing door components, shaft components, electrical components and spare parts, and counterweight components in each region.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the proportion of each fault type in the corresponding region and the total monthly proportion of each elevator fault type by dividing the count of each fault type by the total number of faults. Subsequently, use Finereport software to generate visualized regional maps that display the fault type proportions of each community or park.
3. By referring to the fault proportions and the visualized maps, enterprises can accurately identify the frequently occurring fault types of elevators in different regions. Based on the distribution of these fault types, enterprises can optimize the allocation of on-site maintenance personnel and the inventory of pre-purchased spare parts, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and reducing operational costs.
