共享共配网点在进行资源以及信息整合后，通过平台的操作工具应用（易拣通）实现了共享网点的内场操作，支持多品牌一枪到底的混合操作（到件操作、派件操作、签收操作、问题件操作等）。网点每一个业务员负责承包区域内指定的派件区域，业务员通过分拣操作确定当日需要派送的所有快件包裹。同时，经过派件扫描动作后将派件信息回传给不同快递品牌企业，进行物流轨迹的信息展示。快件包裹由业务员完成内场分拣操作后，进行装车并到指定派件区域进行派送，用户收到包裹后进行签收扫描动作。平台目前共采集5,390,353,752条包裹操作记录。采集方式为在支线运输车辆到达网点后，进行集中下车并经过到件视觉扫描仪实现每一个快件包裹的到件信息回传。快件包裹完成卸车操作后，业务员在网点内场进行快件包裹派送区域的分拣操作，并通过手持工业手机/普通手机（安装易拣通APP），逐票对包裹面单进行扫码，实现派件操作信息回传。而当快件包裹送达，收件用户确认签收后，业务员对快件包裹进行扫码签收，同时回传包裹的签收状态。
After integrating resources and information, shared joint distribution outlets conduct on-site operations via the platform's operating tool application (Yijiantong), which supports one-stop mixed operations for multiple brands, including inbound operations, delivery operations, signing operations, and problem parcel operations, etc. Each courier at the outlet is responsible for a designated delivery area within their contracted service region. Couriers identify all parcels to be delivered on the current day through sorting operations. Meanwhile, after completing delivery scanning, they transmit delivery information back to respective express delivery brands for the display of logistics tracking trajectories. After completing on-site sorting of parcels, couriers load them onto delivery vehicles and transport them to the designated delivery areas. Once recipients receive the parcels, signing scanning is performed. The platform has currently collected a total of 5,390,353,752 parcel operation records. The data collection method is as follows: After branch transport vehicles arrive at the outlet, parcels are unloaded collectively, and visual inbound scanners are used to transmit the inbound information of each parcel back to the platform. After parcels are unloaded, couriers conduct sorting operations for delivery areas within the outlet's on-site space, scan each parcel's waybill via handheld industrial mobile phones or regular mobile phones (with the Yijiantong APP installed), and transmit delivery operation information back to the platform. When parcels are delivered and recipients confirm receipt, couriers perform signing scanning for the parcels and transmit the parcel's signing status back to the platform.
