This study focuses on medical knowledge competencies within ACGME core competencies, specifically investigative and analytical approaches. It aims to assess the effectiveness of the flipped classroom method in the learning process and to transition educators, particularly in surgical disciplines, toward a more student-centered, active, and practical approach to medical education within the Southeast Asian context.本研究聚焦于美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会（Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education，ACGME）核心胜任力中的医学知识胜任力，具体针对调查研究与分析方法维度展开。本研究旨在评估翻转课堂教学法在学习过程中的应用效果，并推动教育工作者——尤其是外科学科领域的教育者——在东南亚地区的语境下，转向更为以学生为中心、主动且务实的医学教育模式。
