包含2020年自胶州湾萌发的甲藻Gymnodinium trapeziforme光镜照片和分子序列数据等，数据质量良好，照片由显微镜自带软件处理，系统发育树数据用MAFFT v7.511等软件处理。This dataset contains light micrographs and molecular sequence data of the dinoflagellate Gymnodinium trapeziforme, which was isolated from Jiaozhou Bay in 2020, along with other associated data. The dataset is of high overall quality. The light micrographs were processed using the built-in software of the microscope, and the phylogenetic tree data were processed with software including MAFFT v7.511 and other related tools.
