SRS GUV Peptide Permeability Study

This repository contains custom MATLAB scripts and associated processed numerical datasets supporting a study of peptide memrbane permeability using hyperspectral stimulated Raman scattering (hsSRS) microscopy. The study investigates the transport behavior of therapeutic peptides, including liraglutide and semaglutide, across model lipid membranes and cellular membranes, with particular emphasis on the effects of the permeation enhancer, SNAC. The MATLAB scripts were developed for processing and quantitatively analyzing hsSRS imaging data, including spectral unmixing, GUV image processing, intravesicular concentration measurements, permeability kinetics analysis, and statistical analysis. The repository includes numerical datasets generated during MATLAB-based analysis that support the figures and conclusions presented in the associated manuscript.
