Soil continuous cropping obstacle is a stumbling block to the high quality development of cut chrysanthemum. It is important to clarify the microbial mechanism and inducing factors of continuous cropping obstacle to realize the sustainable development of chrysanthemum. The construction of soil healthy microflora is the foundation of overcoming soil continuous cropping obstacles. The results of this study will help to reveal the mechanism of continuous cropping disorder of cut chrysanthemum and lay a theoretical foundation for designating reasonable control measures. With the development of molecular biology and bioinformatics, the mechanism of continuous cropping disorder of cut chrysanthemum can be more clearly understood. In the future, it is necessary to pay attention to the structural changes of fungal community and archaea community, so as to further understand the microbiological mechanism of continuous cropping disorder of cut chrysanthemum.
